For over 20 years we have prided ourselves on delivering tailor made, personalised care and support packages that safely and professionally provide a comprehensive service in meeting a clients’ needs and wishes. Our packages ensure consistent and sustainable support, promoting positive wellbeing and enabling our clients to live their lives to the fullest.
Outreach support
Our minimum booking time is for 3 hours, providing opportunities to meet clients personalised needs. Individual sessions can be booked or outreach can be provided on an ongoing basis as part of an individual’s support plan or desired goals. Examples include supporting individuals to access the gym, attend social events, facilitate hobbies, engage in community events and attend educational settings and/or clubs.
Managed Accounts
We offer a Managed Account service to hold money for clients who are in receipt of Direct Payments and Individualised Budgets.
We receive direct payments on your behalf, paying invoices and bills for you in accordance with your support plan, to save you the stress of keeping your budget on track.
We are audited and monitored regularly by Local Authorities assuring you of our professional and responsible service at all times.
We have a dedicated, professional finance team and you are invited to discuss your requirements personally with one of our team.
