Hadfield Institute

The Hadfield Institute (formerly Yemeni Economic and Training Center) is a community hub based in Attercliffe providing you with a range of support advice and guidance.

Signposting
We offer information and signposting to all our clients, to help them access the best available support within the community. Our advocacy workers and volunteers will listen to your needs, signpost and match you to the most suitable services from a wide range of information and advice services across different topics. We will share your journey and support you within a safe community setting that meets your cultural and language needs.

Telephone Helpline
Telephone Helpline designated with Arabic Speaking Support workers are here to help identify the support you need. CALL: 07516 737197 or 0114 442 0355 for support with: debt management, domestic abuse, racial harassment; help with making sure you are getting the right benefits, accessing support such as Family Fund or up-to-date information about PIP.

Learning
Hadfield offers a range of courses including short taster courses, a stepping stone to vocational training. Courses on offer: 
Confidence building, Job search, Food & Hygiene Healthy living, Basic book keeping.

Employment Support
Help with getting into work either one basis or group sessions. Help with job search, Internet, CVs, applications and interviews.

Food Pharmacy
Hadfield with the support of its volunteers and staff have continues to support 193 families with food parcels and doing regular well-being checks. Particular to those we are struggling with mental health & well-being, self-isolating and are facing other issues that is impacting severely with the quality of their lives.
