- Provide support chosen by the preferences of the service user regardless of race, colour or creed.
- Ensure that the support is provided based on a thorough agreed assessment of each individual's flexible perceived goals and outcomes.
- Work in partnership with service users' families, and other members of the multidisciplinary health professional team.
- Support staff with the provision of services with privacy dignity and respect.
- Embrace and encourage feedback from our service users in order to ensure the service provided is of the highest quality.
- Deliver services with staff suitably trained and assessed as competent to carry out their duties.
- Promote staff to treat each other with respect, professionalism and consideration.
- Empower staff and service users to take responsibility for their own health and well being by providing information to enable choices.
- Continually improve the quality of our service by listening to service users, staff and by learning from what we do.
- Take responsibility and are accountable for our own actions

Time details
Open Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 with a 24hr line number.
Eligibility criteria for your service and any priority groups
At TLB 24/7 we offer support and care services to residential settings, domicilliary care as well as private homes.
Our main areas are:
the adults and elderly with mental health including dementia
the elderly needing support with personal care
adults and the elderly with learning disabilities and managing incontinence
people in supported living
domestc services such as house cleaning on its own or as part of care package
sleep in service or waking night
from 1hr call to 24/7 home care
support in taking medicines
shopping
hospital appointments
denture care
sitting in service days or nights
laundry
mobilising in and around the house and going out to places of interest to promote social inclusion
managing transfer of clients with reduced mobility and presure care management
preparing meals and help with feeding if required.
Additional information
TLB offers services which are tailored to meet the needs of the service user. As a healthcare company we are able to offer services round the clock to private and council fundend clients. Our staff have vast experience in elderly care including all aspects of personal care. We are also able to adjust our services in order to provide a service that is person centred while paying attention to the dignity of our clients and their safety.
