Content of the website - use ‘Help/Can’t find what you’re looking for' if you have any comments or feedback to give us on content. This link opens a comments box which you can use to tell us about clubs, groups or services that you are using or are aware of that aren’t currently included or to let us know of gaps in the services and information currently available. Please provide as much information as you can. We will usually respond within 3 working days. We’ll do our best to make sure that a service is included or the information clarified and if we can’t do what you ask, we’ll at the very least explain why we can’t.
Useability of the website - As well as telling us how we can improve the content of the site, we also want to know how easy you find the site to navigate and search; what you did like, what weren’t you so keen on? You can do this by completing a short survey.
Rate and review - the site also features a ‘rate and review’ facility. This is intended to work like ‘Trip Adviser’ and enables you to give star ratings and provide comment/feedback on specific clubs, groups and services that you or your family have accessed.
You Said, We Did
We will regularly monitor all of the feedback that we receive. On this page, we will publish summaries of the thoughts and comments that you’ve shared with us. We’ll also provide details of what Sheffield is doing in response to this feedback by publishing an Annual Report for the Local Offer.
The SEND Local Offer is and will continue to be a ‘work-in-progress’. We will continue to modify, expand and develop our offer in response to the feedback we receive from you and as we become aware of other services and provision which needs to be included.
