Target Supportcare

Target Housing is a charity and registered social landlord that has vast experience in providing accommodation and support to vulnerable and homeless people who have difficulties sustaining a tenancy. SupportCare also have over 20 years experience of providing supported accommodation to individual’s with mental ill health or learning disabilities, including individuals with complex needs and dual diagnosis.
