Meditation classes

Drop-in Meditation classes derived from the Buddhist tradition. Everyone is welcome to join our classes or workshops. No previous experience is required, there is no need to wear special clothing, and most people meditate on chairs (sitting on a cushion is optional). The way in which we present meditation and Buddhism is accessible to everyone. Or coinciding pop along and experience joy the meditation room
