5K Your Way MOVE Against Cancer at Endcliffe parkrun
A support group with a difference. 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer is a a community-based initiative to encourage those living with and beyond cancer, families, friends and those working in cancer services to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at a local 5k Your Way parkrun event.

Age UK Sheffield - Independent Living Co-ordination Service
Help to maintain independent living at home for older people. The service provides up to three months of free support, maximising income levels, advocating for aids and adaptations at home, and providing links to appropriate local groups and activities.

Arthritis Action
Arthritis Action is the only UK charity offering hands-on, practical help for people with arthritis to improve their quality of life whilst living with the condition. We offer our Members healthy eating advice, clinical appointments, exercise tips and pain management techniques whether or not they are having medical treatment.

Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre (ARC)
ARC is an NHS facility that offers a multi-disciplinary, day rehabilitation service for mainly older people, with a specialist focus on the treatment of stroke, Parkinson's Disease and falls.
Referrals can be made by any health or social care professional.

Cavendish Cancer Care - Buddy Scheme
Our Cancer Buddies are a group of trained volunteers who have either had cancer themselves or have cared for someone with cancer who can phone you or meet face to face to offer some additional support. Because they have been in a similar situation, they can understand what it is like to deal with a cancer diagnosis as a patient or as a partner or family member. This support is free.
