ARC is an NHS facility that offers a multi-disciplinary, day rehabilitation service for mainly older people, with a specialist focus on the treatment of stroke, Parkinson's Disease and falls.
Referrals can be made by any health or social care professional.

Part of the national charity The Stroke Association, Sheffield Reablement is a support service for stroke survivors age 18 and over living in Sheffield. The coordinator offers one to one support, workshops, group projects and activities.

The Stroke Association offers a Childhood Stroke Support Service – providing information, advice, support and networking events to families affected by stroke in childhood.

Individual counselling sessions for stroke survivors, carers and their family members, helping people to come to terms with what has happened to them.

Peer Support groups, volunteering opportunities, prevention and awareness raising in the local community.
