Our Dementia Project JABADAO is a fun, friendly group for people with mid to late stage dementia and accompanying carers. The group is run by trained volunteers who engaging people in the activity no matter how frail or how boisterous.
LiveWell at Home is a free service for anyone aged 55 or over who lives in Sheffield. Our aim is to enable older people in Sheffield to live independently in their own home. We offer a range of flexible support on anything related to housing or health, including: support following discharge from hospital; advice on how to maximise income, apply for grants and benefits, and manage debt; finding a new home, including help to move; a 17-point ‘Home Check’; mental health; loneliness and isolation, help to quit smoking and cut down on alcohol.
Manor and Castle Development Trust (MCDT) provides ‘cradle to grave’ support to the local community, including access to employment, training, education and health and wellbeing.
