Our information and advice service is accredited to the Advice Quality Standard. We are particular specialists in older people’s benefits advice such as Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit and Carers Allowance, and can support with any over-50s issue.

LiveWell at Home
LiveWell at Home is a free service for anyone aged 55 or over who lives in Sheffield. Our aim is to enable older people in Sheffield to live independently in their own home.
We offer a range of flexible support on anything related to housing or health, including: support following discharge from hospital;
advice on how to maximise income, apply for grants and benefits, and manage debt; finding a new home, including help to move; a 17-point ‘Home Check’; mental health; loneliness and isolation, help to quit smoking and cut down on alcohol.

The Money Advice Service
Free and impartial money advice service, set up by government.
The service provides: advice and guides to help improve your finances, tools and calculators to help keep track and plan ahead (including a Universal Credit helper tool), support over the phone and online (web chat).
