Holistic Day Opportunities is an organisation which aims to benefit and cater to adults with physical disabilities, learning difficulties and mental health difficulties. We provide tailored activities designed to promote the well-being and comfort of our users.
We are a small not-for profit organisation with charitable status run by volunteers. We offer a supportive space where people with learning disabilities, autism, physical or mental ill-health have the opportunity to participate in the range of gardening activities.
We provide gardening and conservation activities for young people and adults with learning disabilities. Activities include planting seeds, transplanting plants, harvesting, picking apples, weeding, making bird boxes, picking flowers and more...
