      Frontotemporal Dementia Carers Group

      Intergenerational Dementia Friendly Vintange Tea Room

      Sheffield Mind run a weekly dementia friendly vintage tea room for people with mild to moderate dementia. The tearoom is free and all tea, coffee and cakes are complimentary. We welcome and encourage family members and carers and provide a safe, friendly and relaxing environment with peer support and reminiscence activities.

      LiveWell at Home

      LiveWell at Home is a free service for anyone aged 55 or over who lives in Sheffield. Our aim is to enable older people in Sheffield to live independently in their own home. We offer a range of flexible support on anything related to housing or health, including: support following discharge from hospital; advice on how to maximise income, apply for grants and benefits, and manage debt; finding a new home, including help to move; a 17-point ‘Home Check’; mental health; loneliness and isolation, help to quit smoking and cut down on alcohol.
