The Building Bonds Project is designed to help families and their children to be close, especially in times of need or trouble. We fit, lend and donate slings and carriers to families in financial hardship, those with difficult social circumstances, with mental health needs, to children with special needs or enduring prolonged stays in hospital or with life limiting illnesses.
Cavendish Cancer Care offers a specialist service to children and young people up to the age of 18 whose lives have been affected by cancer. This includes those who have had cancer themselves as well as those who have been affected by a diagnosis of cancer within their family or friends. This service is free.

Come along and join our fun and friendly nurse-led workshops aimed at parents, parents to be, grandparents and carers of babies and children aged 0 to 16 years. Workshops cover a wide range of topics aimed at increasing your skills, knowledge and confidence to effectively deal with emergency situations when they arise.
A community based outpatient service providing assessment and psychologically based interventions to those with severe eating disorders aged 16+ years. Accepts referrals from GPs and sector mental health teams. Young people under 16 years should be referred to the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.
