Yoga class, all levels welcome, taught in progressive blocks to allow all students to learn incrementally, yoga for all students to enable you to find yoga poses that work for you. Also meditation and relaxation practices taught every week.
General level yoga clas Wednesday evening in Wadsley. General level hatha yoga class incorporating posture work, breath work and mindfulness, meditation and relaxation.
