Created by Parents to Make the Difference; Home From Home Care provides specialist residential care to adults (18+) with complex needs, including autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), sensory impairment and other associated health and mental health needs, encouraging and enabling each person to lead an active and fulfilled life.

Home From Home Care is the largest parent led residential care provider in the UK, accepting placements from all over the UK. Being created by parents adds a unique perspective and approach, with a "no compromise" attitude. All individuals have the right to the correct support for their needs, Home From Home Care tailors environments and support around each person, while always enabling opportunities for the individuals we support to have happy and fulfilling lives through active days.

All care is funded through the Local Authority and costs vary according to the needs of each individual based on our in-depth assessment. Please contact us directly for further information.

Qualifications and Quality Standards:

The service is inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure a quality service is delivered. Staff undergo a rigorous selection process and undertake continuous training.
