Description

No Panic Sheffield is a voluntary organisation that provides twice weekly self-help support groups  for people who have anxiety related conditions such as panic attacks, OCD or phobias.  The group is a forum for people to share their experiences of anxiety and coping techniques.The group has a trained volunteer facilitator. You will be provided with a range of tools and techniques to help with your anxiety. There is no need to book, and you can bring someone with you if you are not comfortable with attending on your own.

The groups are at the Quaker Meeting House, St James Street Sheffield (near the cathedral) Anyone over the age of 18 who has anxiety can attend.  We ask for a voluntary donation of £3 per session which includes tea/coffee.
