Abbeyfield Grange Ltd is a private, 26-bed, residential home, registered with CQC and Sheffield City Council, that provides long-term living accommodation in an all male environment. The home offers long-term support with no time limitations, as well a three phase recovery model to support service users to return to their own homes with support from the organisations community support staff. We offer key worker continuity of care throughout the model. Abbeyfield Grange Ltd has an holistic approach to support they provide, with person centred planning being key to ensuring that all service users needs are met. Abbeyfield Grange Ltd provides in-house activities including bingo, pool, karaoke, party nights and cooking classes. The home also encourages service users to take part in weekly community-based activities, adult education programmes and attend day centres. There is a cost for this service, please contact for up-to-date details of prices. Referrals can come from any health care professional but to obtain funding clients require a full needs assessment from a social worker.
