SAFE@LAST is a charity providing services and support for children and young people who are at risk of harm before, during and after running away. As an organisation SAFE@LAST is unique and innovative as it provides a full range of services for young people at risk through running away, from prevention to crisis intervention.
SAFE@LAST currently operates:
- A 24 hour helpline available by phone (0800 335 7233) text (send SAFE + your message to 60777) or webchat (www.safeatlast.co.uk).
- Ongoing one to one support to young people to help them identify and address their issues around running away.
- Family Support to parents and carers of children and young people at risk through running away.
- An education and prevention programme delivering in schools to educate and inform children and young people of the risks and dangers of running away.
