Yoga in Sharrow is a weekly drop-in yoga class to develop strength and flexibility which is cleansing, re-balancing and relaxing for the whole body heart mind spirit . The class is taught by a Canadian trained yoga instructor with over 16 years experience in yoga and over 20 years in dance practice. No classes Bank Holidays. Do contact me if you wish to come along.
