Steel Inn Community Workshop

Summary
Volunteering in the workshop may especially benefit older men who want to be productive, feel useful. and work together with others.

Description

The Steel Inn Workshop provides a place for older men to use their skills, building useful things for good causes. It’s full of donated tools and found timber, on Napier Street behind Waitrose. We believe that engaging in purposeful work boosts wellbeing and combats isolation. Volunteering in the workshop may especially benefit older men who want to be productive, feel useful. and work together with others.

Steel Inn Workshop belongs to the TimeBuilders family of projects. To find out more and refer a client visit: www.timebuilders.org.uk/making-projects
