The pregnancy yoga classes consists of exercise to tone, strengthen and energise introducing:
• breathing techniques to use during labour
• relaxation to counter stress and nourish you and your baby
Pregnancy classes are suitable from 16 weeks onwards.
The post natal mother and baby yoga consists of postnatal recovery exercise to strengthen and revitalize, techniques to calm and soothe your baby. Have fun together with baby yoga and nursery rhymes. Post natal classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks till crawling.
The tutor, Hannah Penn is qualified to teach pregnancy yoga by the British Wheel of Yoga and is qualified to teach postnatal yoga by Birthlight.
