HENRY (Health, Exercise and Nutrition for the Really Young)

Description

HENRY is an 8 week, one half day per week programme that concentrates on giving children the very best in start in life. HENRY is aimed at parents of children between 0-4 and our early years practitioners deliver this fun and interactive course. If you need support with healthy eating, setting boundaries, offering guidance and praise, snack swaps, portion sizes, reading food labels, soothing stress and creating calm, then HENRY is the right family course for you. Free creche is provided.
