S.C.V. (Sheffield Conservation Volunteers) exists solely to enable all members of the community to get involved in conserving the local environment by way of positive action.

The main aim of the group is to provide opportunities for people to work in a supportive, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, while being involved in a practical conservation project. 

The group welcomes anybody interested in the environment and conservation, no experience is necessary.

Where we meet:  9.30am at the City Hall Steps, opposite  John Lewis, at the corner of Balm Green and Barkers Pool.

What to bring: Please wear old clothes and stout footwear, bring along waterproofs and a packed lunch . We provide hot drinks, biscuits, transport, tools and training.

Children between the ages of 4-14 years are welcome, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
