Dance to Health is a falls prevention programme for older people who have had a fall or who are at risk of falling. These sessions are currently being delivered online via Zoom due to Covid-19.
The sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes and can be done either seated or standing. The sessions incorporate postural stability with the fun and creativity of dance. There is also the opportunity to have a drink and a chat at the end of the session. The Fir Vale programme is for ladies only.
