• Daisy Active Antenatal™ Birth course: These mum only classes will help you stay active in pregnancy, ease those pregnancy symptoms and prepare you for a confident and calmer birth. Classes can be started from 14 weeks of pregnancy and are taught over a six-week term. Women can do as many terms as they wish until baby is born to help muscle memory so that the techniques become inherent during labour.
• Daisy Parent Course: This 14-hour course for mum and birth partner will take you through an all-encompassing antenatal education journey through the stages of labour, birth and the precious first moments with your new baby. The workshops bring together a range of techniques including movement, positions, breathing, relaxation, education and massage, to support you through every stage of your labour. The second part of the course covers practical baby care.
• Daisy Baby™ is a unique, all-inclusive combination of positive touch, movement, education and support. Our range of Daisy Baby classes are perfect for mum and baby, offering everything you could possibly need in one perfect little package. For Tinies™ from the moment you enter the class, you will be guided through a lyrical journey of calming music, white noise, babbling brooks, gentle wind chimes, gurgling babies and beautiful relaxation music. Your IPTI approved teacher will instruct you in soothing full body baby massage routines (including colic and calming routines), baby reflexology and gentle first-step yoga. For the bigger Wrigglers™, classes are a colourful, bright and lively yoga based class, which will include movements for your and baby yoga movements for your little one. Classes are welcoming of all parenting choices.
