IDK Support 4 You is a service for people (including older people, people with learning disabilities, physical impairments and/or sensory impairments, people with mental health issues, children and people in transition) in Sheffield who have received an Indicative Personal Budget following a needs assessment for Self Directed Support and who are looking for support with managed accounts, payroll and appointeeships. IDK Support 4 You is a family run business which has over 32 years experience working in social services.

• Provides a home visiting service - will travel to your home for Managed accounts with Payroll and Appointeeships.
Specialist Knowledge - IDK has staff who are experienced in working with people with autism, complex needs, dementia, learning disabilities as well as children and young people. IDK staff have all previous worked in social services previously working in Direct Payments, Brokerage, Financial Assessments, social work and have the relevant knowledge and experience to support your needs.
• Managed Accounts
IDK Support 4 You provides support receiving your Individual Budget and manages this on your behalf so that all the bills for your care are paid for and all the correspondence is handled for you. You can have as little or as much control over the process as you wish. Provides a statement of accounts for Sheffield City Council to enable them to audit the accounts accordingly.
• Payroll Service
IDK Support 4 You provides support with employing your own PA's, hours worked (this includes timesheets, holiday forms, providing payslips, HMRC paperwork, tax end returns, National Insurance, and paying staff on behalf of an employer and provide workforce pension information and set up NEST), and sorting out all other legal aspects.
• Appointee Service - We will manage DWP money, paying bills, paying contributions we offer a pre-paid card or delivering cash for clients. IDK can provide debt management for appointeeship clients.
• Managed Accounts
Annual charge of £40.00 set up fee & £350 per annum
Annual £200 per annum for first PA, each additional PA costs £60. Pension service £35 set up fee £25 per annum per PA.
Annual set up £39 and £27 per week if contracting the service for 6 months. £16 per week if the client lives in a residential care home. Additional visits £15.00 per visit. Debt Management £5.00 per week. Transfer of closed accounts £50.00, closure of Estate £200.00. Offering cash delivery or pre-payment cards.

Qualifications and Quality Standards:
All staff are DBS/CRB checked. The combined experience of the staff amounts to over 50 years experience of working for social services in various settings and with various client groups. Other qualifications include accountancy, book keeping NVQ, Sage 50 Payroll, ITQ level 1/2. IDK has had over 300 Support Plans agreed through Sheffield City Council. Has Public Liability, Employers Liability insurance and Professional Indemnity.
