Wood Hill Grange is a state of the art care centre in Sheffield. We offer nursing and residential care to adults. Wood Hill Grange specialises in permanent and respite care for clients with a broad spectrum of needs. There is also access to an on site hydrotherapy pool, day centre and wellbeing cafe. It has its own kitchen, laundry and staff facilities.

Our specialist team comprises of experienced Managers, Clinical staff, Therapists and Support Workers.  

Our Managers have the experience and knowledge to support complex care, in a safe but relaxed home environment promoting choice and dignity at all times.

Our Therapy team have the knowledge and expertise in key areas such as Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy.  to support individuals to promote freedom of movement and independence.

Our Clinical team are experienced in caring for individuals with complex and multiple conditions.

Our Support team are trained in active support techniques to ensure the delivery of meaningful and engaging support

 Our Catering team are trained and experienced in providing appropriate diets for every individual's choice, need and preference. 

 Our Housekeeping team are trained to support the safety and wellbeing of the individuals we support.
