We offer care and support to a diverse group of adults, individuals with dementia, physical, sensory or learning disabilities, mental health disabilities, acquired brain injuries and adults on the autistic spectrum.
An alternative to residential or nursing care, we offer a service that enables individuals with varying care needs to remain in the comfort of their own homes. This service is tailored to each service user and the frequency and intensity of care is dependent on the individual’s circumstances and care needs. The care we provide can range from companionship, help with everyday tasks such as cleaning the house, cooking and buying groceries. It can also include administering medication, moving and handling and personal care. Our staff are trained to meet the specific needs of each service user as well as maintaining a healthy relationship with the family so that all parties are happy and comfortable with the care that is provided.
