General level yoga classes held in Ranmoor on Friday mornings. Classes are suitable for all levels and ages 17 years and over. Combines yoga postures with relaxation and meditation providing the opportunity to develop flexibility and strength. Start the weekend feeling relaxed and balanced.

Sarah is also reiki practitioner, nurse and has training in CBT and ACT therapy.
