We also take into consideration the Service User’s cultural, religious and language needs. We recognise that providing care is a cooperative process and we will attempt to consult service users and their representatives as fully as possible. We perceive of taking care of those who once cared for us as one of the highest honours.

Hallam Homecare services is unique because we look and treat each case on its own merit. We match our staff to the service users’ needs taking into account the language spoken, cultural awareness and religion differences.

It is our goal to employ competent, caring, and well-trained carers who are responsive to the needs of our clients to provide person centered care. Our bi-multi lingual staff, speaking Arabic, Bangali, Urdu, Somali, have many years of care experience and a good/practical understanding of both the cultural and religious needs among the community members. All our staff have had constant training that prepares them to fully understand their roles as carers and the ability to deliver person centered care. Some of our staff have also been employed in care for many years.
