Self Injury Support

Summary
Helpline, text and webchat service for women of all ages affected by self-harm

Description

We support women of any age affected by self-harm in some way. We provide listening support, that is non-judgemental and non-directive. We never tell women what to do, rather give them emotional space to explore their own situation.

Women can choose how they access our service, either through telephone, text or web chat. (email currently unavailable).

Women can use the services as much or as little as they like, with some people using us only for a short time, others ongoingly when they need it. You can have one helpline call or one webchat in an evening, but we can offer continued text support the whole time we are open.

Access to the services is self-referral. We do not offer any face to face support.

We are confidential unless a woman or someoneĀ else is at risk and she has given identifiable information about herself or the other person at risk.
