Hydrotherapy is the use of warm water to relieve discomfort and promote physical well-being.

Our pool is heated to around 36C. The hydrostatic pressure helps circulation and the relief provided by the support of the warm water can be immense.

Because the water supports your weight hydrotherapy helps to relieve pain in your joints and can help with range of movement

The warm water allows your muscles to relax and even without a therapist in the pool it is a wonderful way to feel better and have fun!

Hydrotherapy can be known to soothe sore or inflamed muscles and joints, rehabilitate injured limbs, lower fevers, soothe headaches, treat burns and frostbite and clear up skin problems. Hydrotherapy can help with arthritis and related rheumatic complaints, general aches and pains, sciatica, and stress relieving.  It is particularly beneficial for people with long term health conditions or people who are rehabilitating from an operation or injury.

Many people see an immediate improvement in their conditions or immediate relief from pain.
