Bookstart

Description

Bookstart is a nationwide project, which aims to help parents and babies discover the fun and excitement of sharing books together.

Bookstart Baby 
All babies living in Sheffield are entitled to a free Bookstart pack in their first year.  These are available from your health visitor or local library.

Contents include:
* two board books
* rhyme poster
* guidance on sharing books (also available in other languages)

Treasure Bag
Bags for 3-4 year olds and are available from your child's nursery or early years setting.  Please ask at your local library if you are having difficulty in getting one.
Contents includes:

1 picture book 
 Reading with your child
- tips for book sharing

Packs also available for children with hearing impairment or visual impairment.
