We seek to ensure that local people lead the regeneration process in their area and have access to high quality services including training, health and employment support.  We work to improve the lives of the whole communty including people who are vulnerable and isolated.

We are open 5 days a week and are a valuble asset for the community.  We offers a range of services unavailable elsewhere in the locality such as photocopying, typing, emailing, scanning, faxing and access to computers.  The Forum also provides and delivers training courses for individuals who are looking to gain employment including IT courses.

We offer opportunities for the community to become healthier and more active by providing a range of classes aimed at improving peoples quality of life such as our Dementia Groups – JABADAO and Forget Me Not Memory Cafe, Tai Chi, 50+ Activities, a Lunch Clubs, Women’s Only Health and Discussion Group, Taekwondo, Berry Academy of Dance, Young at Heart exercise class, IT classes and more.

We are a friendly and welcoming centre and are alway happy to have new people come along and join in the services on offer here at the Forum.
