Qualifications & Quality Standards:
All staff are DBS checked (Disclosure and Barring Service, formerly CRB). Managers and supervisors have or are working towards NVQ4 (diploma level 5), all carers and staff have reached at least a minimum of NVQ2 (diploma). Choice Support is registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure they provide a quality service. Choice Support has been awarded Investors in People since 2004 and has a robust quality assurance monitoring system in place to measure both their internal quality outcomes and those of their purchasers and regulators.
