Breakfast and After School Club

The service I offer is for 4 - 11 year old children. Collecting from and delivering to Nether Green Schools. Breakfast Club and After School Club. Includes a wide range of crafts, activities, toys and equipment suitable for ages and stages and a a secure garden for outdoor play. Last Ofsted - Outstanding.

A real alternative to spending extra hours in a School Setting - relaxing in a home from home

Breakfast Club.  I offer children a home from home experience to start the day with a healthy breakfast.  I usually open from 7.30 am but children can arrive from 7 am by arrangement.  Breakfast is served until 8 am.  Activities available are a few art activities, board games, jigsaws, books, a variety of toys for example - lego, playmobile, small world and construction etc. Children will then have a healthy 5-10 minute walk to Nethergreen Junior and Infant Schools.  Children are made aware of road safety and courtesy to others on the way to school. The time frame means that children arrive at school ready for the day. Breakfast Club is available Monday to Friday.

After School Club.  I collect children from Nethergreen Infant and Junior Schools and it takes 5 - 10 minutes walk. This helps children unwind at the end of a busy school day. After a snack and drink a different craft is available every day as well as the usual art activities.  There are numerous toys, puzzles, board and card games, construction toys, lego, play mobile, dolls, music, house corner , fancy dress for role play etc.  There is free flow access to an enclosed garden that has many outdoor toys including swing seat, play house, fort, sandpit. There is a quiet room available for those who would rather relax after a busy school day. (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evenings until 6pm - later collection times may be arranged)

Children have a quick snack (toast) around 445pm - if required. A meal is available at 5pm for £2.50.  Children's preferences are catered for whenever possible.

I recently received an Outstanding from Ofsted.

Children are cared for as individuals and I work closely with parents.  I am very experienced, qualified, and liaise with both children and parents on how to improve my setting and how to keep the children feeling happy and safe.   References are available.
