Description

Parson Cross Community Development Forum (PXDF) deliver a weekly ‘Memory’ Café aimed at supporting adults with early stage Dementia and their carers.

The ‘Memory’ Café based inside St Thomas More Community Centre is delivered by 2 experienced Dementia friendly staff and local volunteers who will support and mentor members.

The ‘Memory Café promotes social networks, access to information along with signposting people to appropriate services as their Dementia progresses.

Pathway:

PXDF deliver weekly JABADAO sessions aimed at people with mid/late stage Dementia of which members have the option to attend.
