We are a nursery provision in the Shiregreen area of the city.  We provide care for children aged 2 to 5 years old.  We offer up to 30 hours funded childcare a week. Alongside this we run a Breakfast club and also offer a Tea Time Club for children aged up to 10 years.

Details
Prices vary from £4.40 - £5.00 per hour. £3.60 - £4.10 for lunch cover (11.30am - 12.15pm) Hot dinners can also be provided at an additional cost of £1.75 with all pre booked lunch sessions.

We carry out an Every Sheffield Child Articulate and Literate (ESCAL) assessment and inclusion audit annually.

Staff training to support children/young people with SEND 

Staff have received training on:

  • Makaton
  • Stories for talking
  • Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)
  • Visual Aid Training
  • Every child has a Special Educational Needs (SEN) file which details their individual needs and also their Individual Education Plans (IEP’S).
  • We access specialists when needed, mainly Inclusion and Speech and Language.
  • Staff are trained in the administration of medicines, feeding and providing personal care.
