Early-Stage Care

Summary
We are small family friendly, Ofsted registered nursery taking children from 3 months to 4+ years. We deliver the Free Early Learning for eligible 2 year olds and 3 and 4 year olds plus the 30 hours Extended Free Early Learning.

Description

On the premises we also run an After School Club and a Holiday Club for older children as well as our Nursery children.

The Nursery is managed by a highly experienced and skilled early years graduate, who has sound knowledge of the early years foundation stage. Our Nursery team consists of level 2 and 3 qualified staff and those working towards a qualification and all are passionate about providing the best services possible to support the children through all the different stages of their development.

The setting can take up to 33 children including

  • 6 babies from 3 months to 18 months/2 years depending on development
  • 12 toddlers 18 months/2 years to 3 years
  • 15 Pre-schoolers 3 and 4+ years to entry into school

We have a newly updated outdoor play area for all children to enjoy and develop knowledge and skills.

The After School Club includes a homework club and on Monday and Tuesday evening there are optional cultural lessons from a qualified teacher.  Children can also opt for outdoor play, creative activities or games all age appropriate.

The Holiday Club is run every school holiday except Christmas when the Centre is closed for the two weeks holiday.  During each holiday we offer planned activities which include outings; some which incur a small fee.
