Underbank Unitarian Chapel

Summary
Underbank Chapel is in the Unitarian and free Christian tradition who believe that everyone has the right to seek truth and meaning for themselves.

Description

Underbank Chapel is in the Unitarian and Free Christian tradition. Unitarians believe that everyone has the right to seek truth and meaning for themselves.  This personal search is greatly enhanced by being part of a welcoming congregation. We hold a weekly public worship service on most Sundays of the year.  We do expect newcomers/visitors to come along.  Our building is in the style of an eighteenth century Meeting House.  There are fine views of the surrounding countryside.

We hold a carol service with a brass band on a Sunday in December. Enquiries about weddings, child welcome and blessing ceremonies and other rites of passage are welcome. Underbank Schoolroom is used for community activities and is available for hire.
