Springboard is a warm and welcoming group that provides support and advice to people looking for help with their mental health issues. Staff and volunteers are on hand to advise and support service users and to sign post them to activities and services that can help them to more effectively manage their conditions
The Springboard is organised by Sheffield Mind and is run in partnership with local community organisations at four locations across the city. You can come along and have a chat about your situation and find out what is available to help you on your recovery journey.
