These are free classes where you can learn a very easy spontaneous meditation technique in a comfortable place, from practitioners who are very experienced in the method. It is called Yoga because it is based on the ancient knowledge of Yoga
Please come and join us in our free weekly meditation classes on Saturday afternoons and Monday evenings.
The sessions are run by experienced practitioners of Sahaja yoga, a very easy meditation, practiced in comfort, sitting on chairs. There is an introduction to what it is all about, a led meditation another short talk and then we can work on your energy centres if you desire.
There is never any charge for the sessions though you can help with donations to costs if you like.
