Free Meditation Classes

Summary
These are free classes where you can learn a very easy spontaneous meditation technique in a comfortable place, from practitioners who are very experienced in the method. It is called Yoga because it is based on the ancient knowledge of Yoga


Description

Please come and join us in our free weekly meditation classes on Saturday afternoons and Monday evenings.

The sessions are run by experienced practitioners of Sahaja yoga, a very easy meditation, practiced in comfort, sitting on chairs. There is an introduction to what it is all about, a led meditation another short talk and then we can work on your energy centres if you desire.

There is never any charge for the sessions though you can help with donations to costs if you like.

We have regular meetings at the Sheffield Quaker Meeting House on Monday nights

 

Everyone is welcome and the meditations are always free. (you can make a donation to the building's costs if you like). We introduce you to this type of meditation, watch a video, lead you into meditation and support you through your journey with getting to know how to bring meditation into your daily life. Such amazing benefits it brings.
