Summary

Activities led in friendly & accessible way to bring Joy and inclusion for all whether in care homes, community hubs or support centres.

Description

For groups, communities, care homes, schools, and hospitals to come together and find joy in music. Our therapeutic musical activities are led by a professional musician and support worker with a large range of instruments and repertoire. We come to you! We also work with individuals who want to use their personal budgets for fulfilling activity.

As services reopen we're ready to adapt to the needs of our wonderful groups. In a time of social distancing what could be closer to a hug than the joy of music? See the video for how we've kept busy in lockdown. We've missed you!

We have adapted to provide music sessions online, and are happy to serenade care home residents or shielding relatives from their gardens. Please get in touch if there is anything you would like to know or  that we may be able to help with. All our activities will be risk assessed on an individual basis.

Description

We support children and young people to grow in confidence and improve social skills through interacting using music. Music teaches about participation, turn taking, and provides social interaction in a safe and flexibly structured way. We have provided sessions online and in person and adapt quickly to the needs of the child, young person or group.

Most of all children and young people with SEND can enjoy themselves and find untapped talents through music. We are all about finding and sharing the joy!
