8:16 Counselling

Description

We are a specialist counselling service that works solely with children and young people who are struggling with a range of issues including bereavement, family break up, self harm, anger, self esteem and anxiety.

We provide 1:1 support and group work. A schools based service is also available. We regularly run a support group for young people struggling with issues surrounding self harm.

We work creatively at a pace that the child or young person feels comfortable. We can work through play, art and talking.
