Hatha yoga class which works with a series of postures that train the mind and body where creating a sense of balance is key. Regular yoga practice allows achievement of greater flexibility and tone and alignment of body. The class also develops the effectiveness of breath and enhances the ability to relax and achieve a calmer state of life.
Mixed ability class for adults. Classes are subsidised by Sheffield City Council Lifelong Learning Service therefore the charge is low. Classes are held in S17 (Tuesday and Wednesday) and in S10 (Thursday).
