I provide time, space and attention for individuals and groups to reconnect with themselves or their projects. People who access Life Coaching are not broken they are simply seeking to improve their lives in one way or another.
Rebecca: Life Coaching can be helpful to individuals who are going through a period of transition (eg change of role or career, divorce, moving into retirement), those who want to increase their confidence, or would just like more work-life balance. Sessions can be conducted over the phone, Skype or face to face (depending on location). A number of my services are conducted in the great outdoors, which is a perfect environment for increasing creative thinking and improving well-being. Life Coaching is not about 'fixing' you as we don't believe you are 'broken' - it's simply a powerful, life-enhancing process that has a lasting impact.
I also run practical workshops that cover topics such as goal setting and time management (see website for more information)
I offer a free initial consultation to discuss how we can work together. I also offer Monthly Well-being Walks and Walk & Talk sessions.
