Rebecca: Life Coaching can be helpful to individuals who are going through a period of transition (eg change of role or career, divorce, moving into retirement), those who want to increase their confidence, or would just like more work-life balance. Sessions can be conducted over the phone, Skype or face to face (depending on location). I believe in the healing power of the great outdoors to improve well-being so can offer Coaching Walks, tailored to the individual. Life Coaching can be a powerful, life-enhancing process that can have a lasting impact.
