Description

Charter Row Lifehouse provides 55 units of supported accommodation for single men, aged 18+ who are experiencing homelessness for a period of 6 months to a year.  Support is provided on either a half board or bed and breakfast basis.  Referrals to the service come via Howden House and Sheffield City Council's Housing Solutions team.  All residents have access to a support worker and an activity programme which offers support with Education, Training and Employability Skills.  Drop in services are also provided via Hanover Medical Centre / Devonshire Green (GP), Addaction (Substance Misuse) and Probation.
