We provide safe, fully participatory, professionally-led dialogue programmes for the whole autism community of autistic adults, their families, practitioners and academics. Together we share experience and knowledge and support a cultural, attitudinal shift for widest appreciation of autism and the empowerment of autistic people.

b:friend is a charity aiming to reduce loneliness and social isolation in people aged 65 and over. We receive referrals via our website from anyone who may identify a person who would benefit from extra company. Volunteer befrienders visit socially isolated neighbours for an hour a week, hoping to reduce loneliness and make the life of our older neighbours a little happier.
