We are a leading national specialist college for those with communication needs. We have day & residential places available for students & provide pathway programmes that are tailored to each individual students needs in a highly supportive environment.

What we do:

Provision to facilitate/support access to the curriculum and to develop independent learning for young people with SEND. 1:1 support available. All timetables are individualised to meet student need. Small class sizes. Emphasis on practical learning.

  • The college assess all prospective students for 3 days followed by a 6 week baseline assessment to set goals.
  • Transition Co-ordinators are in place to link closely with students local authority and external support in their home area.
  • Speech and Language Therapists, Audiologists & Mental Health Nurses on site with all staff having or working towards Level 2 BSL.
  • The College is part of the Doncaster Deaf Trust established over 180 years ago.
